The Bridge Church is based in the leafy suburbs of Woodford on the borders of Essex and East London and in Buckhurst Hill Essex in the UK…. but there is nothing leafy or suburban about us!! We are seeking to redefine the image of church!!.....to be a place where the presence of God is experienced, the power of God is known, and the worship of God is central.

Our Sunday celebrations are very upbeat and informal in style and yet challenging and inspirational in content. God is not boring, so we believe that Church should not be boring either!!! We do our best not to be ‘religious’ in any way, but rather seek to be real with God, and allow him to have his way and his say in our meetings. We have a very contemporary flavour but express a rich diversity with people across all generations and from all walks of life.

We are not just about Sunday meetings either…. We do not just preach a ‘7 day a week church’ but we seek to practice it and are growing in our passion and commitment to re-engage the church with the community and to empower each person to maximise their life and fulfil their purpose and destiny.!!
