Bridge 4 Life
This superb 8 session course will help you to coach your own life; give it a boost & take control of your direction. Get the confidence you need, be inspired , get motivated & maximise your potential. Each session will :-
- Cover a relevant life issue with specialist coaches
- Provide a delicious free meal at Café Bridge
- Offer time with your own Bridge4Life mentor

Family Bridge
Family Bridge is a high quality programme that creates shared positive learning experiences for parent/carer paired with their child aged 11-16.
Family Bridge has been custom designed to create opportunities for family members to participate in and enjoy educational activity more / to gain more skills and knowledge and to equip and encourage parents and carers to be better able to interact positively with their children and support them in learning.
Family Bridge consists of a 7 session programme over 7 weeks for 10 pairs of parent/carer paired with their child aged 11-16.
The format for each session will be:-
Workshops
At enrolment, pairs will be offered a choice of workshops within the programme covering :-
- Vocal coaching
- Virtual Gaming Olympics
- Cookery
These sessions will be interspersed with interactive life coaching group workshops covering :-
- self confidence
- communication
- agreeing family values
- building a family mission statement.
At final session award ceremony, the cookery group will prepare a 3 course meal for all of the group, whilst the vocal group will perform.
Each pair will be entitled to invite 2 guests to this event. A photographer will take family portraits for each pair and participants will receive a Family Bridge Diploma with merits for sessions attended. The event will be filmed and a free dvd will be awarded to each participant. The project will aim to provide participants with lasting positive memories and the tools and empowerment as a springboard towards further family learning beyond the life of the programme.
