What is Volunteering?
"Any activity which involves spending time unpaid, doing something which aims to benefit an individual or group or to benefit the local community or environment" Volunteering England.

Who can Volunteer?
Anyone between the age of 12 and 112
You can be employed, unemployed, claiming benefits, a student, a tourist, an asylum seeker
You don’t need any experience
Currently in the UK, over 22 million per year will have done volunteering at some point in their lives

The Bridge has a highly valued and excellent team of volunteers, dedicated to the ongoing work and promotion of the organisation.
In October 2006 The Bridge was awarded a substantial grant to deliver youth volunteering projects under the project name V3.
