The Ilford and District Christian Football League is a church football league which aims to bring men into a Christian Football environment and connect unchurched men to church.

The Bridge Church has entered a team into the league for the last 20 years now but is having a break this season to re-group. We are hoping to build with new younger players next season and a stronger connection to the church. The team is managed by Kurt Mirjah and run by a group of players from the church. Len Ruddock who is a Bridge Church member and used to manage the team has now moved on to become the chairman of the League. All league matches are played at Wanstead Flats on Saturday mornings kicking off at 10am. Although The. Bridge hasn't entered a team into the league this season, we are still running football training nights on Thursday evenings.
