Being a mum is great. Being a mum in church is great too, but not always easy. Often mums are so preoccupied with looking after the kids on Sunday, they don't always get chance to fully engage with the meeting.

​Empow-her is a mums and toddler group with a difference! It's not so much about the toddlers but the mums. With plenty of activities on hand to keep the kids entertained and occupied, Empow-her gives an opportunity for mums to spend some quality time together and do church in a relaxed and informal way.

Empow-her runs at the Bridge on Monday mornings starting at 10.30am. It is run by Ruth and Emma and is open to all mums. For more details contact Ruth at the Bridge on 0208 505 5001.
